Toni’s Approach
Toni combines personalized, encouraging support with over a decade of experience teaching yoga and studying the body. She will take time to learn about how you move and will incorporate yoga into a wellness plan focused on meeting your goals. Toni will support you in reducing stress, building strength and stability in the body, and healing from injuries. She also specializes in integrating yoga and women’s health by supporting fertility, menopause, and challenges with menstruation. Whether you are new to yoga or are interested in refining your practice, Toni will meet you where you are to help you live your best day ever, each and every day.
Your goals.
Toni will take time to dig into your goals and assess your physical and emotional body with an initial assessment. Your first appointment will be all about listening to you and your body to begin to understand how yoga can best benefit you.
My support.
After your initial meeting, Toni will craft a series of yoga poses and techniques which may include vinyasa-style or restorative asanas, myofascial release, meditation, and breathwork. She will guide you through a yoga practice that is 100% about you, your body, and your goals.
Your practice.
Toni will provide you with a sustainable yoga plan to support your everyday health and wellbeing in between sessions. She will coach you through how to incorporate targeted yoga poses and techniques into your daily routine so that you are empowered to develop an intentional home practice.
